The Andandorr Movement, established in Banjul in February 2022, is a dynamic and passionate youth-led initiative dedicated to advocating for youth political representation, national unity, and meaningful development.

Our name, "Andandorr," signifies togetherness in the Wolof language, a cornerstone of our movement. We believe that through unity and collective action, we can create meaningful change in The Gambia and beyond.

Led by Honourable Abdoule njie, our movement brings together young people from diverse backgrounds who share a common vision: a Gambia where every voice matters, where opportunities are accessible to all, and where development is inclusive and sustainable.

Founder & Leader of the Andandorr Movement

Honourable Abdoule njie is a passionate advocate for youth political representation and national unity. With a deep commitment to meaningful development, he founded the Andandorr Movement in February 2022 to give young people a stronger voice in Gambian politics.

His vision of togetherness ("Andandorr" in Wolof) has brought together young people from diverse backgrounds, creating a movement that believes in the power of unity and collective action to create meaningful change.

February 2022 - Founded in Banjul

The Andandorr Movement was established in Banjul with a clear mission: to give youth a stronger voice in Gambian politics and advocate for national unity.

Building Our Foundation

We began organizing community forums and engaging with young people across The Gambia, listening to their concerns and aspirations for the future.

Growing Our Movement

As our membership grew, so did our impact. We expanded our activities to include youth empowerment programs, leadership training, and policy advocacy.
