Skills Development Training Program

Unemployment among youth is a significant challenge in The Gambia. Our Skills Development Training Program addresses this by providing practical vocational training in high-demand fields. Training areas include: - Construction and carpentry - Tailoring and fashion design - Information technology - Agriculture and agribusiness - Hospitality and tourism Over 200 young people have completed the program, with many securing employment or starting their own businesses. The program includes mentorship, business development support, and connections to potential employers.
